These Terms and conditions are effective as of 1 July 2021.

1. Returns and Refunds

Once a course has been bought and downloaded, due to the nature of the products Ubuhle does not offer refunds or returns. Purchasing Ubuhle’s accreditation-ready learning material does not guarantee that the business that purchased the material will be awarded QCTO accreditation. Ubuhle will not assist any businesses that have purchased our QCTO accreditation-ready learning material with their accreditation process.

2. Copyright and Sharing

Once a business has downloaded any course material from https://ubuhlehr.co.za, the course will always remain the intellectual property of Ubuhle. It is illegal to share the course material files with other companies, whether you are aware that you have done it or not. Ubuhle has the right to request the deletion of course material. Ubuhle also reserves the right to request proof of the deletion of its intellectual property from a customer’s computer, mobile device or any other storage device.
